Mr. Duane Kuang is a Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Duane has over 30 years of operational and investment experience and started his venture capital career since 1999. 

Duane's areas of investment include Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Blockchain. Some of his prior investments include Roborock (SHSE:688169), WeRide, UBTech, Unisound, Hesai Technology, Intelligent Automation, Chaitin, Qiniu Cloud, etc. Duane is the Chairman of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) and a member of the VC committee of AMAC.

Duane has been recognized by the Forbes Global 100 VC Midas List in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Prior to founding Qiming, Duane was the Director of Intel Capital China where he led the strategic investment activities of Intel. Before joining Intel, Duane spent five years at Cisco Systems in China, holding various senior management positions.  

Duane started his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer and later entered into a management role in the digital telecommunications field. 

Before joining Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Company Limited, Charles Cheng is Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Corporate Advisory Co., Ltd – the investment banking arm of Standard Chartered Bank in China.Over the past five years with Standard Chartered Bank, Charles has assisted a great number of leading Chinese companies to go global, to acquire the resources and know-how and expand their businesses overseas. Charles and his team have successfully worked on a number of major international acquisitions, including several landmark transactions.

Mr. Chen Jiande is the vice chairman of IMAX (Shanghai) Multimedia Technology Co., Ltd. He was the CEO of IMAX China Ltd. 

Previously he was Senior Vice President, Chief Representative and General Manager with Sony Pictures Entertainment China from 2000 to 2011. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Allied Signal (China) Holding Corp. and Vice President of Boeing China Inc. From 1990 to 1995, he worked as Vice President in DDB Advertising/PR Corp. in Seattle. He is the Vice Chairman of the Alumni Association of Fu Dan University.

启明创投创始人之一。拥有近20年在IT行业的管理和投资经验。在创办启明前，他曾是英特尔投资部的中国总监，总体负责英特尔所有在华投资。加入英特尔前，在思科中国任职5年，担任多个北京和广州高级销售及市场管理职位。 1994年归国前，邝子平在硅谷的创业企业及大型跨国企业中均拥有成功的技术和管理经验。于1998年加入3COM公司，任软件工程师。三年后，加入位于硅谷的创业企业-Kalpna公司，任软件工程部经理。

曾担任高盛中国投资银行部董事总经理及渣打银行投行部中国区首席执官。在此之前，他还在美国第一银行、加拿大多伦多道明银行、亚历山大管理咨询、美国大都会人寿保险、法国标致汽车集团等担任高级职务。成先生曾多次被授予专业荣誉，以表彰他在企业金融业的杰出成就，其中包括CCTV及北京大学等联合评为 “中国十大财经英才”。
