A Discussion on the Rules on Counteracting Unjustified Extra-territorial Application of Foreign Legislation and Other Measures

The first View Sharing in 2021 held by the Committee 2005 was actively responded by the members, particularly those in legal businesses and some members started right away intensive discussions in our Wechat group.

Around the noon of January 14 , eight of our council members discussed the Rules and spoke out freely to exchange their views on legislative background, execution, and influences of the Rules from the perspectives of their respective professions and personal understandings. Besides, they also made a thorough comparison with the counterpart rules made by the European Union.
