Night of the World Cup

On July 6th, France kicked off the first quarter-final game of the Russia World Cup against Uruguay. Over twenty council members gathered together witnessed toasts, enjoyed foods, and watched the world cup.

People  were still immersed in the relaxed atmosphere at the end of the game and unwilling to leave for a long time.
