First Session of the Fifth Council Meeting

On March 18, 2005, WRSA Committee 2005 held the First Session of the Fifth Council Meeting at Chang An Club in Beijing. The new executive council members were elected. This year coincides with the election year of Committee 2005 and ushered in the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Committee 2005, thus, this council meeting is destined to be of special significance and far-reaching influence.
