Lina Xie was one of the founders of China Sinda. She holds the position of vice president and vice Chairman of the Board of the firm. It is the second time she has set up an intellectual property firm in her career as an IP law practitioner in China. She was one of the founders of the NTD Patent and Trademark Agency Ltd. which was set up in 1987, wherein she held the position of manager of the Application Department at the Hong Kong Headquarters.
